Yoga for Back Care

Saturdays 10-11am EST

A gentle (but not easy) class consisting of supported poses focused on building core strength, improving flexibility, reducing pain/stiffness, and promoting spinal health through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. Classes cater to various levels, teaching safe alignment and modifications using props to create a supportive and accessible practice for managing chronic tension and pain, improving posture, and restoring balance for a healthier back.

Stability Ball: Core and Strength

Sundays 10-10:45am EST

A full-body, low-impact workout that uses a large inflatable ball and hand weights to enhance strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Participants perform various exercises while sitting, leaning on, or lying on the ball to engage deep abdominal muscles and stabilize the entire body. These classes often incorporate movements from yoga and are beneficial for improving posture, coordination, and overall functional strength for various fitness levels.
 

Monthly Fee (pre-register 4-5 classes/month) $45
OR $18 Per Class Zoom in Rate

Breathe Better, Live Better

Fridays 10am to 11am

This is a free class for anyone with breathing issues, shortness of breath, and/or lung disease (COPD, asthma, etc).
