After the first assessment/treatment session, we decide together your treatment protocol based on your response to the session and your goals. I also teach you how to make adjustments to your life and how to stack corrective movements and your practice in your life, minimizing time spent on "homework". This approach, over time, leads to steady progress and more lasting changes. I can incorporate other lifestyle recommendations (such as nutrition, and more holistic treatments) for interested clients.
